Patient Support Programmes

At Bionical Health we pride ourselves on delivering care in our patients home with our teams of highly skilled Nurses. We are an extension of the NHS team and the link between a hospital and patients in their homes.

Our patient support services are centred around educating our patients to become confident and independent when self administering their injection, as well as completing disease assessments and motivational interviewing that we know drives adherence and persistence with high cost medication.

The Bionical Health framework allows us to contract with any of the UK homecare providers offering dispense and delivery options, and in many cases we provide standalone nursing provision for our Pharma clients as part of the homecare service delivery.

The Bionical Health homecare services work across many treatment pathways - dermatology oncology neurology and rare disease arenas. We offer a flexible bespoke approach creating our patient support services with our client, always keeping the patient at the centre, whilst aligning to the NHS agendas.

Home Infusion Support

In a rapidly growing field, Bionical Health utilise their highly skilled National nurse footprint to reduce the need for regular and elongated hospital appointments by supporting post acute care, antibiotics and nutritional needs in the comfort of a patient’s home.

One of the considerations we initially had was around the need for our customers to register with two companies for the one service and whether this would create problems and be seen as additional complexity for them. However, we are now more than a year into the ‘new’ service with Bionical and are delighted with how smoothly everything has run. We have found Bionical to be very customer, and solution-focused.
