During the last 2 years I have completed an Apprenticeship Levy in Management and Leadership. The course has been a really enjoyable and positive experience contributing to my development and allowing me to better support both my teams and my services. ​ I was able to undertake this course alongside my current workload, and have been well supported by my line Manager, completing the course gaining a distinction. ​ The course positively challenged me to develop my skills and expertise particularly in project management which will further support the services I work on and the wider business moving forward.

I enjoy working in IT at Bionical Health because I get to support our nurses in the field by ensuring their mobile devices and tablets are reliable and secure. By maintaining strong security networks and smooth technology, I help our team deliver vital care, making a real difference in the lives of our patients. It's rewarding to know that the work I do helps improve patient outcomes and supports such an important mission.

I love the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while being part of a passionate and skilled team. Everyone in the company is so friendly and approachable, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. I completed by Business Apprenticeship Levy Level 3 and Functional Skills (English & Maths) from Damar Training. I feel the training and the support I received was excellent , the Trainer was always very approachable . Everything was very work based so it was an evidence-based course. This has definitely helped me with my confidence and other skills I need to progress in my career. There were 1:1 sessions and group coaching sessions to help you throughout and to ensure you are on the right path. Sometimes it was hard to take out 20% of working hours as work has been very busy, but my manager helped me and ensured I got that time to study. Overall, I had a brilliant experience.

I have worked for Bionical for just over 4 years now. I started as an IV bank nurse and then progressed to a Senior Homecare nurse and finally a Regional Nurse Manager. The support i have received during this period has been amazing. It is such a friendly place to work, and you are always encouraged to perform at your best. Despite being a lone worker, you always feel like part of a team which in turn, enables you to maintain a good work/life balance.
